Create at the Foundling Museum

Create can now cater at London’s Foundling Museum. In June 280 guests were treated to Create canapés and bowl food as they explored the museum’s latest exhibition: Lines of Beauty.

The private viewing began by welcoming VIP guests exclusively. Guests were treated to Create’s finest canapés, including keens cheddar éclair, cauliflower custard and watercress fondant and pulled pork croquettes with smoked salad cream and watercress.

More guests joined the evening’s event at 7pm and were welcomed with bowl food including heritage beetroot with goat’s cheese, mini capers and green beans on ruby chard, an Eton mess of English berries, strawberry and basil sauce and golden meringues with Jersey cream.

The Foundling Museum is a historic building which tells the story of the Foundling Hospital, Britain’s first home for abandoned children. Available for exclusive hire, the museum offers the perfect setting for formal events. Guests can roam through the opulent galleries throughout the evening, sipping champagne in these historic spaces.
