Terms & Conditions
- The Clearwinners incentive scheme is open to all event agents and organisers who buy Concerto Group services on behalf of their private or corporate clients. It is based on total spend with the Group for events delivered in the period 1st March 2008 to 28th February 2009.
- All business taking place during the qualifying period will be counted towards the company's credits target.
- Only organisations that register their participation in the scheme via the Concerto Clearwinners website www.concertogroup.co.uk/clearwinners will qualify for the scheme.
- Clearwinner Credits will be awarded on the basis of spend with divisions of The Concerto Group as detailed in the brochure, net of commissions payable to registered Clearwinner Agents.
- All qualifying individuals must be employed by the qualifying company on the dates of the event.
- The Concerto Group will cover all costs of the weekend from arrival to return at Heathrow with the exception of hotel extras and personal expenditure.
- In the event of qualifiers withdrawing from the trip at short notice, we reserve the right to pass on any cancellation charges to the organisation concerned.
- The Concerto Group accept no responsibility for individual tax liability arising as a result of an individual's participation in the trip.
- The Concerto Group reserve the right to modify, withdraw, postpone or cancel any or all aspects of this incentive should it be deemed necessary.
- The decision of The Concerto Group relating to all aspects of this scheme will be final and binding.
- No cash alternative will be offered.
- For all entertainment booked for Christmas packages, clients must book entertainment via the Event Management Company and will be awarded the points that correspond.
