We’re Event Awards Finalists!

The finalists for this year's Event Awards, taking place at Troxy on 2 October, have been revealed, and we’re delighted to say we’re amongst them! 


In the running for Best Christmas Party Package is 2013’s Ultimate Christmas Party Package, which took place at The Artillery Garden at The HAC. OXO2 has been shortlisted for Event Space of the Year for less than 400 guests.

Ultimate Experience has been organising Christmas parties for 25 years, but last year we pulled out all the stops creating the perfect Christmas party in the city. Our stand-out party package had to be better than anything the venue had hosted before… and it was!

As well as exceptional catering by Ultimate Experience’s partner company Create Food and Party Design, added extras included a bucking Christmas pudding, dodgems, an edible Christmas tree and even Christmas carol singers.

The whole package was designed to offer guests the ultimate Christmas experience, from catering and theming to production and entertainment. Each element was brought together seamlessly by our event management team, to create the ultimate party in the heart of the city.

OXO2 - Shortlisted for Event Space of the Year - Up to 400 Guests

OXO2 has been shortlisted for Event Space of the Year for less than 400 guests. Located on Level two of the iconic OXO Tower, OXO2 is a contemporary space offering panoramic views across the river Thames and the City.

This versatile blank canvas space offers a wealth of flexibility, allowing clients to put their personal touch on your event. An understated neutral colour scheme lends itself well to a broad range of events, from parties, dinners, conferences and product launches to fashion shows and photo shoots. The venue is also licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies.

The entire venue can accommodate up to 400 guests for a drinks reception and canapés and 180 guests for a seated dinner, with space for a separate reception area and dance floor. A more intimate setting can be created by separating the venue into two different event spaces with the West and East side event spaces which can cater for 250 guests each for a reception. The venue is also available for dry hire.
