All of our concepts are designed based on extensive market research and with our unrivalled knowledge of the industry; we ensure each brand perfectly fits with the venue, the hotels’ brand and the surrounding area, whilst filling targeted gaps in consumer needs. Our team have worked on internationally renowned hotels concepts from rooftop bars to bijou cafés, high energy restaurants to speakeasies. This is a new and exciting venture for Concerto who have opened a new dedicated department to oversee the development and running of these concepts. We have recruited the best staff from the London bar and restaurant industry and beyond to produce an exceptionally talented team who will create unforgettable lifestyle experiences. One of our other key partnerships is with the much celebrated Michelin starred chef, restaurateur and presenter Mark Sargeant. CH&Co. secured a strategic partnership with Mark to deliver innovative culinary concepts. The first of which is an exciting restaurant concept close to the historic Tower of London.
